12 Nov 2018 Happy B-Day! 'Soli Deo Gloria' celebrates 25 Years! We are so proud and happy to celebrate the 25th. Anniversary of our debut album,. On this day 25 years ago, the original CD album was released by Tatra Records, and little did we know about what it was going to bring! It brought gigs in Sweden and Germany for a start, distribution in Germany too, and with this album and the 3 previous 'singles', and, the ball really started rolling!
Important was also the Norwegian EBM/Electronic compilation, initiated by and Stephan to Tatra Records, a CD that for the first time collected material from what was the early start of the new electronic scene in Norway. We also got our first support-jobs for bigger acts like, (yes, it's true!),. Anyway, we're ranting here, and we basically just wanted to tell you that it's time to celebrate, and WE certainly will! During the coming week, the CD and LP versions of the will reach all our distributors and fans!
The CD version, as we've mentioned before, includes 7 bonus tracks, and two of them are in fact the tracks that debuted on the infamous compilation, all remastered from the original tapes for your enjoyment! Stephan Groth / Apoptygma Berzerk has been commissioned to compose music for the 2018 Light Festival 'NATTLJUS' in the Swedish city of Eskilstuna, and the festival will be held from the 26th. October this year. The piece entitled 'Modularmix' is pre-recorded and will be presented in a sound-image-light performance by Karin Stolt, who's previously worked with Apoptygma Berzerk on the laser-show and visuals presented at the gig at.

We celebrate the 25th. Anniversary of 'Soli Deo Gloria' with a reissue LP-version mastered for vinyl in July 2018 from the original tapes, and a CD-version remastered from the original tapes, containing no less than 7 bonus tracks! The LP will be released in 300 copies limited edition purple vinyl and in an unlimited regular black vinyl version in Europe via Tatra Records/Rough Trade, and in Canada/USA via, the LP will be released in 250 copies limited edition black+clear splatter vinyl and 250 copies limited edition purple+clear splatter vinyl.
The CD's will have the same tracklist for both releases, but the Canada/USA edition will be a digipak, and the European version will be a regular jewelcase. Some of the artwork will also differ due to territorial licensing. The original release date of the classic 'Soli Deo Gloria' album was 11/11/93, so the date for the 25th.
